Basic Retouch:

For wigs that need light maintenance,
Roller set and restyle under 20”
Only valid on styles without victory rolls

All retouches must be sanitized before sending to me.
Use 70% isopropyl alcohol spray, lysol, or any spray disinfectant on
The inside of the wig cap. Please clean lace as best as you can.
An additional fee will be charged if wigs are not sanitized properly.

Packaging instructions:
After you sanitize the wig, package it in a large envelope mailer or small box. (In a hairnet or bag) The shipping address will be given at checkout.

Once I receive the wig, it will take me up to 7 days to complete the order and send it back.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be given on any orders good of wigs, hairpieces, or retouches.
