1990s good Flower Dress Low Back Small

90s floral fit and flair dress with a really low back and a cute little tie at the neck. No flaws or stains that I've noticed. Really cute and is very stretchy so the dimensions that are actually on the dress don't necessarily apply. My waist is a 27 and it fit me great!
